Privacy notice

The answers you give in the request form: the pest, the property, how long it has been going on, your city and ZIP code, and any photos or video you attach.

Your name and the contact details you choose to give us, which is an email address, a phone number, or both.

Anonymous usage data: which pages were opened, how far they were scrolled, which sections held attention, and which buttons were clicked. This is measured by our own software on our own server. There is no advertising tracker, no third party analytics service, and no cross site profile.

To price your job and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose.

Usage data is used to understand which parts of the site are unclear so we can fix them.

Our own staff, and the licensed technician assigned to your job so they know what to bring and where to go.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not put it on a data broker market.

Files you attach are stored on our own server, not on a public link, and are used only to price and perform the work.

Video is compressed after upload to save space. The original is discarded once the compressed copy exists.

Ask us and we will delete your files. We do that within thirty days and confirm when it is done.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia have these rights in law, and we apply them to everyone regardless of where they live.

If you asked to be contacted by text or phone, you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Requests are kept for three years so we can honour warranties and answer questions about past work.

Anonymous usage data is kept for thirteen months and then deleted automatically.
