Every figure shown here is a starting price or a range for a typical job in that city. It is not an offer and it is not a contract.

The price for your job is the one a person confirms in writing after reviewing your request, and you agree to it before any work is scheduled.

Sending the form starts a conversation. A visit exists only once we have confirmed a date with you and you have accepted the quoted price.

The date you suggest in the form is a preference. We confirm it or offer the nearest available slot.

Treatments are carried out by licensed, insured and background checked technicians in accordance with the label instructions of the products used and the rules of your state.

Some situations need preparation from you, such as emptying cabinets or laundering bedding. If that applies, you are told before the visit, not on the doorstep.

While a maintenance plan is active, a return visit between scheduled services is free if the treated pests come back.

On a one time treatment, the follow up window is written into your quote before you agree to it.

Warranty does not cover a new infestation of a pest that was not treated, or a return caused by an untreated adjoining property.

There is no annual contract and no termination fee. Cancel a plan at any time.

If you need to move or cancel a scheduled visit, tell us at least twenty four hours ahead so the slot can go to someone else.

No pest control company can guarantee that an insect will never enter your property again, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

What is promised here is the work described in your quote, carried out properly, with a documented result and a warranty period stated in writing.
