Wasp and hornet removal

A nest in a wall void or under a second storey eave is not a ladder-and-can job. It gets treated first, removed once the colony is down, and the cavity gets sealed so a new queen does not take the same spot next spring.

From your photo to the visit

  1. 1

Tell us what you are seeing

Six short questions and, if you can, a photo. It takes about two minutes and it is what makes an accurate price possible.

  2. 2

    Get your range in writing

A real person reviews the photos and replies with a price range, the treatment being proposed and how long it takes.

  3. 3

    Pick a time that works

You suggest a day in the request. We confirm it or offer the nearest slot, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

  4. 4

    Treatment, then proof

The technician documents what was found, what was applied and what to expect over the next two weeks. You get it in writing.

What people ask before booking

  • Because an exact number would be a guess. A 900 square foot apartment with a few ants and a 3,000 square foot house with an established German cockroach colony are different jobs. The ranges on this site are real starting points for your city, and the exact figure comes back within an hour of your request.

  • Standard products are safe once dry, which usually takes two to four hours. If you would rather not wait or you have birds, fish or a pregnancy in the home, ask for the pet and child safe option in your request and the technician will bring botanical and low toxicity products instead.

  • No. One-time treatments stay one-time. If you choose a seasonal plan you can cancel at any point without a termination fee, which is not the industry norm and is deliberate on our part.

  • While a plan is active, a return visit between scheduled services costs nothing. On a one-time treatment, the follow-up window is stated in your quote before you agree to anything, so you know exactly what is covered.

  • For most treatments, no. For whole-home cockroach or bed bug work you will be asked to stay out for two to four hours, and for heat treatment for a full day. Whatever is required is told to you before the visit, never on the doorstep.

  • In most of our markets, within 24 to 48 hours. Wasp nests and anything that presents a sting or bite risk are treated as same-day where the schedule allows.

  • They are used to price your job and nothing else. They are stored on our own server, never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

  • Yes. Submit the form in Spanish and the reply comes in Spanish, including the technician's report.
